The John Dunn Gourmet Dining Room, as its name suggests, offers four-course dinners prepared and served by Culinary Arts students. The dinner courses are expertly paired with wine. The cost is $50 plus tax per person, and we accept cash and credit cards only.

We will be open for dinner on Thursday and Friday evenings, and we are taking reservations from 5:30 - 6:45 p.m., with 6:45 p.m. being the last reservation time.

Reservations are mandatory and space is limited. We cannot take tables of 6 people, as we are booked for large tables for the semester.  Please note that this is an instructional lab for our Advanced Culinary students, and large tables are not conducive to a learning environment. We appreciate your understanding of this in advance.  At this time we cannot take multiple reservations.  If you want to be on a waiting list for a second date please let us know in an email.
