Enrollment Assistance for DSPS Students

       

Are you an incoming summer and/or fall 2024 student who is DSPS eligible and planning on enrolling at SBCC? If so, DSPS and our campus partners are here to assist!

After applying to SBCC, all New-to-College students must complete the following two requirements, before enrolling into classes:

  1. New Student Orientation (click here to access the online orientation)
  2. New Student Class Planning: The Academic Counseling Center (ACC) offers general class planning sessions for all students, but DSPS has once again teamed up with ACC to offer the following Webinar Class Planning Sessions for students who are eligible for DSPS:
  • April 5th, 10 am-12pm
  • April 26th, 10am-12pm
  • May 10th, 10am-12pm 

If you are interested in signing up for a DSPS Class Planning Session or if you would like additional assistance, please complete the DSPS New Student Information Request Form.

DSPS eligible students are also advised to complete their registration with DSPS for consideration and approval of Priority Registration, which allows DSPS students to enroll into classes early. 

2024 Priority Registration Dates:

  • Summer: March 18, 2024
  • Fall: April 9, 2024

For assistance enrolling into classes, walk-in and remote help is available in the DSPS Lab, during the following hours (appointments are not necessary):

  • Mondays, Tuesday and Thursdays: 8:30am-4:30pm (in-person or remote)
  • Wednesdays: 8:30am-6:00pm (in-person or remote)
  • Fridays: 8:30am-1pm (remote services only)
